With over fifteen years of experience developing and implementing creative, diverse, and strength-based programs in educational and community settings, I bring proven leadership that trains, supervises, and evaluates staff to effectively support students and families in both academic growth and emotional development. Throughout my career, I have seen how moments of crisis—when properly supported—can become powerful opportunities for students and staff to grow together rather than apart.
